During such an uncertain time we are living through, here at Make 2nds Count, we understand that when you are already living with Secondary Breast Cancer it is also very frightening time. To make things easier to navigate we have gathered some useful resources.

By now the majority of those with underlying health conditions, that will put you at a higher risk of contracting Covid-19 , should have received a letter to advise you start shielding.

Here is a link to better explain what it is and how it works

It is also essential that we are all mindful of our day to day health and mental wellbeing, if you are able to get out for a walk each day it really will make all the difference to how well you cope with this time of social distancing. If you are not able to get out daily, then there are some great options available online to utilise.

Davina McCall is offering a free trial membership to her online fitness and wellbeing site:

If this is too energetic, then walk at home is a great alternative.
