If you have been diagnosed with secondary or metastatic breast cancer, your responses matter and the survey can be found HERE
In collaboration with the universities of Liverpool, Warwick and Southampton, we are launching what aims to be the largest national study of metastatic and secondary breast cancer patients and clinical trials.
Fewer than 25% of patients with secondary breast cancer discuss clinical trials as part of their treatment. Patient, Lesley Stephen, who has lived well on a clinical trial herself, has worked with the universities to develop the survey.
It's vital to understand the reasons that clinical trials are not discussed, which can offer hope and a lifeline to MBC patients, and the survey aim is to increase patient awareness and inform clinical practice. We want anyone who has been diagnosed with secondary breast cancer to take part in the study here. #msbcbreastcancersurvey
